1. How do you ship?

All watches ordered from us are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) .We will inform you with tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped out.

2. How can I be assured of quality?

Products sold by us are made with quality materials and with proper care and can last for many years.

3.Is there any limit to how many watches I can order?

No, there is no limit. Actually, we encourage you to order more than one watch at a time.

4. How long does it take the watch to arrive from the time I order?

We will arrange to deliver your order within 3 days after the payment are confirmed. Normally, you can receive your order within 5-8 business days when it is shipped out. We will email you the tracking number to check shipping status online.

5. Can I get a discount?

We offer discounts for all customers that purchase 2 or more products. Please contact us at service@imitatewatch.com for further information.

6. How long will your replica watches last?

The watches we offer are of a very high quality and can last many years with proper care.

7. Who pays for the Duty and Tariff on international shipments?

We do not afford any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

8. Do you stock any brands that are not shown on your website?

Yes, we are about to add more products in the future as we currently do have many new styles in stock. If you can't find the watch you want on our site, please send us a picture of the exact model you want and we will let you know if we have it in stock.

9. What payment options do I have?

Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, bank wire transfer and western union are accepted.

10. How safe is ordering from your site?

We guarantee you that ordering from our site is safe. All of your personal information is secured using encryption programs.

11. Are the watches water-resistant?

Yes, all of our watches are water-resistant.

12. What can I do if I'm not satisfied with the quality?

Contact Imitatewatch.com within 48 hours upon reception of your watch if you wish to pursue an exchange or want other solutions.

13. Are refunds available?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. We do not pay for return shipping, and charge a $20 restocking fee.
